Executive Director Transition

Southside Family Nurturing Center would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to Julie Ellefson for her 10 years of dedicated service as Executive Director of SSFNC. We wish Julie all the best. 

As we embark on the search for SSFNC's next Executive Director, the Board of Directors has partnered with an external agency to ensure a thoughtful and thorough selection process. 

We're incredibly grateful for your unwavering support, which remains vital to advancing our work towards health and educational equality. Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we navigate this important transition.

Harvest Feast

On November 15, after several years not gathering indoors for family events, SSFNC once again hosted our annual harvest feast. Families enjoyed a culturally diverse meal prepared and served by staff and volunteers. 

Field Trip to Westwood Hills Nature Center

On October 25th, our classrooms visited Westwood Hills Nature Center in Saint Louis Park. We spent time with a naturalist for hands-on environmental education and enjoyed time outdoors.
